Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the StackedAffiliates program (“Program”). By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not participate.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. StackedAffiliates reserves the right to reject or terminate any application or account at its sole discretion.

2. Enrollment

To apply, you must complete the affiliate registration form. We may request additional information to verify your identity, traffic sources, or promotional methods before approval. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination.

3. Affiliate Account

Once approved, you will gain access to your affiliate dashboard, tracking links, and creative materials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Marketing & Conduct

  • All marketing materials and methods must comply with our brand guidelines and applicable laws (including advertising, gambling, and data protection laws).
  • You may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices, including spam, incentivized traffic, or misleading claims.
  • You may not represent yourself as StackedAffiliates or any of our brands without prior written consent.
  • We prohibit any traffic from underage, self-excluded, or restricted jurisdictions.

5. Tracking & Attribution

Conversions and commissions are tracked via cookies and internal tracking systems. StackedAffiliates will make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate tracking but is not responsible for any technical issues or manipulation resulting in lost tracking or data.

6. Commission & Payments

  • Commission structures (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, etc.) are defined by your affiliate manager or within your account.
  • Payouts are processed monthly (or otherwise agreed) once the minimum payment threshold is reached and traffic has been verified.
  • Payments are made in USD via agreed methods (e.g., bank transfer, e-wallet, crypto).
  • Fraudulent, chargeback, or bonus-abused traffic will not be paid and may result in termination.

7. Confidentiality

All information provided through the Program (including commission data, brand performance, and internal communications) is confidential. Affiliates may not disclose such information to third parties without written consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, creatives, and content provided remain the property of StackedAffiliates or its partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these assets solely for promotional purposes under this Agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all tracking links, banners, and references to StackedAffiliates or its brands.

10. Limitation of Liability

StackedAffiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding three months.

11. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where StackedAffiliates operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in competent courts of that jurisdiction.
